DREDGER DESIGN

Our concept, basic and detail designs are innovative and modern in nature due to usage of latest technology in the industry. We have an in-house team and tools to carry out analysis of critical structures of dredgers viz Turret, cutter ladder, foundations etc.

Design includes Class drawings of structure, machinery, piping and electrical. While production package would include fabrication drawings as per shipyard requirements.

We execute ‘gap Design’ for dredgers which have modifications during its construction stage due to any un-foreseen reason.

VEDAM has developed its own series of Dredger named as “CombiSnijder” series with options of 250mm, 350mm, 450mm and 500mm suction pipe designs. The dredger design is cost effective, simplistic with modular pontoons. This allows the owner to upgrade the dredger as per their needs and requirements.
