Vedam is a new age engineering company dedicated to provide innovative engineering design and technical solutions to maritime companies globally. We are spearheaded by Naval Architects committed to solving problems through insightful engineering and with a vision to leave the planet better than we inherited.

Over the past decade, we have designed and delivered cutting edge marine, offshore, dredging and LNG solutions for our clientele including private, public and governmental organizations spread across Southeast Asia, Middle East and Far East Asia, Europe, North America and Australia.

As a consultancy firm, we respect the client’s requirement of confidentiality. Our internal systems such as controlled access to design & documents, secure data transfer, training of security practices, non-disclosure agreements are developed in line with ISO 9001:2005, and we are in the process for certification

SOFTWARE ANTI-PIRACY POLICY

We believe that Piracy free is worry free. We opt for nothing but an authentic software as it avails an access to a trusted partner for technical support, ensures compatibility across systems and stands for stability as well as reliability of results. We ensure that only licensed and approved software is installed on our computer systems.

ENVIRONMENT POLICY

As a design firm, we are committed to minimising the impact of our design on the environment. We actively develop and promote designs that are least wasteful during construction and emit limited or no amount of toxic wastes during operations.

People

Our people are the key to our success. The members who join our team are qualified engineers, experienced professionals, technically passionate designers, or high aptitude growth hungry individuals. Our team leaders and project managers are self-driven and take the complete responsibility of project they work on. We strive to provide the best exposure and training to our team to be able to perform their functions efficiently. We have a good mix of senior experienced professionals and young energetic designers to ensure smooth and quick turnaround of the project.

Infrastructure

Our 4000 SqFt head office is situated in Mumbai, the maritime capital of India. We are equipped with latest workstations, servers and video conferencing tools. Our project offices staggered across globe is just as big to satisfy the project requirement. We believe freedom breeds innovation, so unless deadlines are at risk or there are client requirements, we do not impose any strict office timings, dress codes, office protocols at our head office. However, we have strong safety requirements for our people visiting or working at construction/implementation sites.
