Honing our skills with EEDI & SEEMP training

Vedam believes in keeping pace with the changing trends in the market and enhancing the skills of the team accordingly. That’s why Team Vedam recently attended a 2-days course in Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) and Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan (SEEMP) at Powai, Mumbai. Organized by the Indian Register of Shipping, the course was attended by our dedicated team member Mr. Roy Thomas and Mr. Nitiniesh Awasthi. The team brought back deep insights for Vedam on amended MarPol norms. They were also updated on the new measures, best practices and technologies to adopt while designing new ships or optimising existing ones.
